












Eligibility
Miss Washtenaw County's Outstanding Teen is a preliminary pageant to the Miss Michigan's Outstanding Teen
Pageant to be held in 2010. MWCOT is open to teens ages 13-17 who are not eligible to compete in the Miss
Division*, and reside in Michigan. To enter, there is a $150 entry fee, payable to Miss Washtenaw County
Scholarship Program.
*If you are 17-years-old and starting your senior year of high school in the fall of 2009, you are eligible for the Miss
competition.
We will be accepting applications with completed paperwork for MWCOT 2009 until
September 10, 2009. We will accept the first 12 girls with paid applications as
received by physical mail to Shelby. (We will not be accepting emailed material.)
Talents will be registered on a first come first serve basis, so please get your
paperwork in early to be assured your talent.

October 11, 2009- Dress Rehearsal
October 17, 2009- MWCOT and MWC 2009 Pageant
